We source responsibly, favoring renewable, recyclable, and locally available materials whenever possible. Our wooden homes use certified timber and CLT (cross-laminated timber), reducing the embodied carbon of each build while ensuring durability and beauty.

Our energy-first design philosophy means all our homes are optimized for thermal insulation, airtightness, and passive heating/cooling. Many of our models are net-zero-ready and can integrate solar panels, geothermal systems, and heat recovery ventilation to minimize environmental impact further.

In design, sustainability, and programming, the BU Center for Computing & Data Sciences marks the future of construction in higher education. The building is scheduled for completion by the end of 2022.
